An accounting firm appealed to the public for any information regarding their employee who was about to get married, as they marked the fifth day since her disappearance.

On Sunday, December 14, Upcloud Accounting said their 30-year-old bookkeeper of more than six years, Sherra De Juan, has been missing since December 10. She was scheduled to get married on December 14 at around 4 p.m. in North Fairview, Quezon City.

“Sherra has been an integral part of Upcloud Accounting for more than six years. She is not only an exceptional professional and a true asset to our team, but also a person deeply loved by our clients and everyone she works with,” the firm said on Facebook.

“Her kindness, dedication, and warm presence have touched so many of us, and it is heartbreaking to face each day without her,” it added.

“Today marks her fifth day of being missing, a day that was meant to be one of the happiest of her life — her wedding day. Our thoughts are with her family, her fiancé, and all who love her during this unimaginably difficult time,” the firm continued.

“We are united in prayer for her safe return and well-being. We urge anyone with information to please come forward and help bring Sherra home,” it said.

The firm urged anyone with information about the case to come forward and assist in locating Sherra.

“If you have seen Sherra or have any details that could assist, please contact the local authorities immediately or reach out to her family through the official channels shared in public bulletins. Let us surround Sherra and her loved ones with hope, strength, and support,” it said.

Mark Arjay Reyes, a 31-years-old  IT engineer and Sherra’s fiancé, also shared the company’s post on his Facebook account. He added that it is now crucial for him to see her and know that she is safe.

“Ngayon, mas mahalaga na sakin na makita ka at safe ka [kaysa] mag-walk down the aisle or sabihin sayo ‘yung prinepare kong vows,” Mark wrote in a Facebook post.

“Mas i-ce-celebrate namin if makikita ka naming safe [kaysa] umattend sa wedding na ‘di ka namin kasama,” he said with loudly crying emojis.

Reports said that Sherra was last seen on December 10.

Mark said he received her last message at around 1 p.m., informing him she would go to Fairview Center Mall to buy shoes for their wedding.

She was especially happy that day, having just received her wedding gown. Mark could not accompany her to the mall as he was at work. The mall is located near Sherra’s home in North Fairview.

He added that she left her cellphone at home to charge; the device is now in police custody. Mark and Sherra’s family went to Barangay North Fairview around 7 p.m. that day to report her disappearance.

CCTV footage showed Sherra was last seen at a gasoline station at around 1:37 p.m. She did not appear in any of the available CCTV recordings of the mall she was supposed to visit.

The couple had been living together for five years and decided to get married in 2023. Mark said they were supposed to celebrate their ten-year anniversary in January 2026.

According to him, they had no misunderstandings or conflicts before her disappearance. He described Sherra as the person who changed his life.

Sherra’s siblings said they remain baffled, as she had been excitedly preparing wedding accessories.

The couple’s wedding has been canceled despite the preparations, as Mark focuses on finding his fiancée. He has offered a reward of P20,000 for any information leading to Sherra’s whereabouts.

Meanwhile, the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) said on Monday, December 15, that it has formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to look into Sherra’s disappearance. The team will assist the Fairview Police Station, the lead unit handling the case.

The QCPD also said the public may contact them at 0975-723-3123 for any information.
