The reward for information leading to the whereabouts of bookkeeper Sherra De Juan has been increased one week after she went missing.

Her fiancé and long-term boyfriend, IT engineer Mark Arjay Reyes, renewed the appeal by sharing another poster of his missing bride-to-be on Wednesday, December 17.

“PLEASE HELP US FIND SHERRA. WE ARE BEGGING FOR YOUR HELP — PLEASE SHARE,” he said in a Facebook post.

“Our hearts are breaking, but we are holding on to hope. SHERRA DE JUAN, 30 years old, has been MISSING since December 10, 2025. She was last seen at North Fairview Petron, Quezon City,” Mark added.

“We have received overwhelming support from friends, relatives, and even strangers who have reached out, shared this post, and offered their help. Your kindness gives us strength — but we still need MORE eyes, MORE shares, and MORE people helping,” he continued.

“OUR FAMILY IS WAITING. If you have seen her, passed by her, or heard anything at all — PLEASE LET US KNOW,” Mark said.

He said that anyone with information “that can help bring Sherra home safely will be rewarded,” noting that the reward has been increased to P150,000.

The reward was initially set at P20,000.

“Even one share, one message, or one small detail could change everything,” Mark said.

In latest reports, Mark rejected claims that his fiancée had run away to avoid marrying him, stressing that their relationship was stable.

The couple has been together for nine years and began living together in 2020. They became engaged in 2023 and were scheduled to marry on December 14.

Mark added that they had not experienced any serious problems in their relationship. Sherra’s mother also attested to his character.

“Sa tagal namin nagsasama malalaman ko agad, konting simangot nga lang niyan, mapapansin ko na agad,” he said.

“Wala ako napansin kay Sherra na kung anuman. Sa pagsasama nila ni Mark ay wala po ako problema, kasi napakabait na bata si Mark,” Sherra’s mother also said.

Mark urged others not to share hurtful remarks or unverified news.

“Tigilan niyo na po, tigilan niyo na po kasi kami po ang mas nakakakilala kay Sherra. Hindi niyo alam ang pinagdadaanan namin. Huwag niyo po kami gawing katatawanan. Huwag niyo kami gawing content para makakuha kayo ng views,” he said.

The couple’s wedding has been canceled as Mark focuses on finding his fiancée, who had gone to Fairview Center Mall to buy shoes for their wedding.

Sherra’s employer, Upcloud Accounting, also appealed to the public for help in locating their “kind” and “dedicated” employee, who has been with the company for more than six years.

“She is not only an exceptional professional and a true asset to our team, but also a person deeply loved by our clients and everyone she works with,” it said in a post before.

“We are united in prayer for her safe return and well-being. We urge anyone with information to please come forward and help bring Sherra home,” the firm added.

Sherra went out on December 10 to buy shoes for the couple’s wedding and sent a message to Mark, who was at work and could not accompany her at the time.

A special investigation team has been formed to handle her case.

Police said they have not yet found any indication of foul play in her disappearance.
