A barista was over the moon after actor John Lloyd Cruz pulled up at their drive-thru for a drink.
TikTok user @summer041394, also known as “Mami Shar,” posted a video of the renowned actor asking for water while in a drive-thru.
She then requested that he take a picture of her with her mobile phone.
“Ayyyy, coffee, ready na po, Sir Miggy! Hahahaha,” Mami Shar wrote as a caption, referencing the romantic-comedy movie starring John Lloyd and Sarah Geronimo, “A Very Special Love.”
She also edited her video by adding some dialogue from the movie as background.

‘Akala ko po nagjo-joke’
She said she encountered the actor on February 8, thinking his pulling up was a “joke.”
“Una po, akala ko po nag-jo-joke lang ‘yung partner, then, ayun, pagdating sa window namin. Tapos ginawa ko po bago siya dumating sa window pala, nag-set ako ng isang cam para ma-video,” Mami Shar said in an interview.
“Eh, ako lang po kasi medyo makapal ang face para mag-ask if pwede magpa-picture, ganoon. Hala, si Sir JL, game siya ‘pag ma-picture, hindi ko din alam na ganoon ‘yung mga action niya sa pictures,” she added.
John Lloyd has starred in several romance films in his career, including box-office successes such as “One More Chance,” “A Very Special Love,” and “My Amnesia Girl.”
