Filmmaker Erik Matti reshared a post from an unnamed individual who called out a person in the entertainment industry over alleged “corruption.”

On Tuesday, June 2, the director said the allegations appeared even more intriguing than the case involving Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, who was recently arrested on plunder charges related to the flood control scandal.

“What is this? Who is this? What is happening? Parang mas juicy pa ito kay Jinggoy. Howlywud!” Matti wrote in a Facebook post.

He also clarified that the post was “from someone else” and not his own.

“Paisa lang ulit. Costing mo: 23 million. Costing ng mentor mo at co-PD niya: 2.3 million, same story, same requirements,” the post read.

“PD” may refer to “producer director” or “production director.” A production director oversees the overall production process, managing the technical, financial and logistical aspects of a project or shoot.

Lahat. After mo i-defend at tawagin niyong b*bo producer ko, biglang typo bigla?

“Ninakaw ‘yung pangit mong deck?

In production, a deck is a visual presentation or proposal used to to communicate a creative vision and pitch a project to potential investors, sponsors, collaborators, or crew members.

Kaya ka tinanggal,” the post read.

‘Mahal talaga ako at alam ‘yan ng mga tao’ to be greedy and be very proud of it. Pero syempre, iba ‘yung version mo at panay sabi ng ‘mabababaan pa natin ‘yan,'” it added.

“Fired out on Christmas Day? Napakasinungaling mo! Cycle na ‘to for you. Reputasyon mo ‘yan sa industriya,” the post continued.

Matti also responded to online users in the comments section of the post he reshared.

“Oh, my. 23M [P23 million] talaga for PD budget? – wow! Haha,” a Facebook user asked.

“‘Di baaa???” Matti commented.

“Ano ba ‘yan? Iisang industriya na lang, nagkaka-onsehan pa… mahirap na nga pakitain ang isang pelikula ngayon ehhh… that’s just sad,” another wrote.

“Marami pang ganyan sa industriya. Be on the look out,” the filmmaker responded.

The post has also gained traction Reddit and X, formerly Twitter.
