Two entities gave a glimpse of the preparation and aftermath of actress Bea Alonzo and Puregold Price Club president Vincent Co’s intimate civil wedding through social media.
Chef Wado Tan Siman of Wadough’s shared that their “inbox” had “exploded” after a publication featured their minimalist cake that served as the couple’s wedding cake, which was later posted by the actress.
On Wednesday, July 15, Bea shared photos from the intimate ceremony, including a small cake with the stylized text, “just married.”

“This exploded our inbox for Wadough’s,” he said, while sharing a post from a publication that featured the cake studio.

The publication featured where Pinoys could get a cake similar to the one ordered by the couple.
Food publication Yummy PH identified it as its signature minimalist cake, describing it as a “red velvet, vanilla and chocolate cake with Tablea ganache filling and buttercream icing outside.”
The cake studio said it had no idea who the cake was for when the order was placed.
“It came as a regular cake order, just like the rest of the cakes we got that day. No details were given for the event,” it was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, Siman also received a praise following the feature.
“Congratulations, Chef Wado! Na para bang ikaw ang ikinasal. Haha,” an online user wrote.
“I do. Hahaha,” the chef responded.
An event styling service also shared a video offering a glimpse of the couple’s wedding reception following their civil ceremony.
“An intimate celebration for Bea Alonzo [and] Vincent Co. Simple. Clean. Intentional,” the H.Lopez Event Styling said in a post.
“Proof that the most beautiful weddings aren’t always the biggest— they’re simply filled with love. Congratulations, Ms. @beaalonzo! It was an honor to be part of your celebration,” it added.
The table featured 12 plates with white flowers in the middle.

Bea and Vincent married in a civil ceremony officiated by Makati City Mayor Nancy Binay on July 13.
Last May, speculation circulated that the couple would marry in Spain. The wedding was reportedly delayed due to issues surrounding the prenuptial agreement.
Lawyer Joey Garcia, one of Bea’s legal counsels, confirmed that the couple had signed a prenuptial agreement, adding there was “no legal impediment arising” from its execution.
