A clip of Miss Earth 2025 runner-up Joy Barcoma looking flustered after learning of the arrival of Miss Universe 2019 semifinalist Gazini Ganados amused Filipinos.
An online user on X (formerly Twitter) posted a video of Joy reacting to Miss Grand International 2025 Emma Tiglao announcing that Gazini would be arriving in their area.
At the time, Joy was fixing her makeup while her hair was being styled.
“Totoo ba? Bakla naman, nag-makeup pa ko!” she exclaimed.
“Nakakainis naman! Pupunta daw si Gazini! Ba’t pako nagma-makeup dito, ‘te? Mag-hairstylist na lang ako!” Joy joked and then laughed.
“Nakita niyo na ba si Gazini?” she said to her viewers.
“Isara niyo na ‘yung pintuan ng Bragais [Shoes], ‘te. ‘Wag niyong papasukin si Gazini, napakaganda niya,” Joy quipped.
“Imaginin mo na lang, roommate kami nung Binibini [Pilipinas],” Emma said to her across the room.
“Grabe, ang hirap ng ginawa sayo ni Lord,” Joy said and then laughed.
She added that she considers Gazini’s face her “fantasy.”
“‘Pag sobrang ganda mo talaga,” Joy said to the camera.
“Gazini… sige na, paranas naman,” she added.

The post has earned 241,600 views, 2,900 likes, 126 reposts, and ten comments, with Filipinos expressing amusement at Joy’s reactions.
“No exaggeration. Ang ganda talaga ni Gazini, lalo na sa malapitan. I have seen her in some events here in Cebu,” an online user wrote with a laughing emoticon.
“Natawa ko nung nakita ko itong live niya na ito,” another commented, possibly referring to Joy’s livestream.
“Walang panama talaga ‘yung mga videos and photos niya in person. Super ganda niya sa personal, mapapanganga ka talaga,” a different Pinoy said.

Gazini is among the representatives from the Philippines set to join the Miss Grand International All-Stars edition this year.
