“Taylor ng Pinas.”
Filipinos could not look away after a head-turning portrait of Miss Universe 2019 Top 20 semifinalist Gazini Ganados was unveiled for the first-ever Miss Grand International All Stars.
MGI on Thursday, March 12, posted a headshot of the Filipina on social media, introducing her as a delegate in the inaugural edition of its MGI All Stars pageant.
MGI All Stars is a special edition featuring returning or experienced beauty queens from various national and international pageants, bringing them together to compete for a major international title.
The pageant is open to all candidates who have previously competed in other beauty competitions, including those who have already won international titles. It also allows married women, women with children and trans women to compete.
Gazini, who represented the Philippines in Miss Universe Philippines 2019 and won the Best in National Costume Award, was among those introduced as candidates in the new pageant.
The organization described her as a Filipino-Palestinian runway model, actress and television personality “known for her striking beauty, commanding stage presence, and inspiring life story.”
“Rising to international recognition through the world of pageantry, she has become one of the Philippines’ most recognizable beauty queens,” the MGI All Stars said.
“Her journey in pageantry has showcased her elegance, resilience, and dedication to representing women with strength and authenticity. With years of experience on the international stage, Gazini continues to inspire audiences with her confidence and passion for representation,” it added.
Gazini’s portrait impressed Filipinos, including fellow beauty queens, who shared their reactions on Instagram.
