R’Bonney Gabriel chimes in as MUPH queens reunite for ‘Miss Universe season’

Filipino-American Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel reacted to a video of several Miss Universe Philippines queens reuniting in time for “Miss Universe season.”

The video was uploaded by Miss Universe 2019 Top 20 Gazini Ganados, and featured Miss Universe 2021 Top 5 Bea Luigi Gomez, Miss Universe Asia 2024 Chelsea Manalo, and Miss Universe 2020 Top 21 Rabiya Mateo.

“Nakapag-relapse na ba ang tanan. GOOD LUCK, AHTISA MANALO. WE LOVE YOUUU. LABAN LANG,” Gazini wrote on TikTok two days before the Miss Universe 2025 coronation.

She also posted the video as an Instagram Reel, captioning it, “Rare moments with the Queens. P.S. Walang magre-relapse sa pamilyang ‘to.”

The clip was set to Taylor Swift’s “Back to December” as background music.

The video has garnered 153 comments so far, including one from R’Bonney Gabriel, who served as one of the hosts of the Miss Universe 2025 preliminaries and as backstage host of the grand finale.

“Bakit hindi niyo ako sinali dito,” she commented. It has earned 1,180 likes and several replies from other users.

“We miss you here, babe! It’s @voltairetayag beautiful space. Let’s go next time,” Gazini responded, referring to Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) vice-president Voltaire Tayag.

“@gazinii @rbonneynola, we can do a part 2 [two]!” the MUPH executive commented with a smiling emoji, tagging R’Bonney to alert her.

R’Bonney has been going back and forth to the Philippines, her father’s home country, since completing her reign as Miss Universe 2022.

Meanwhile, Philippine bet Ahtisa Manalo finished as third runner-up in Miss Universe 2025, ultimately bested by Mexico’s Fátima Bosch Fernández, who took home the crown.
