Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel made her followers swoon after declaring her love for her boyfriend in a social media post.
The Filipino-American beauty queen, on August 4, dedicated a birthday greeting to musical artist Kevin Bong, who celebrated his birthday in Japan with her.
“Happy birthday to my sweetheart, love spending life with you,” she wrote on Instagram with emojis of two hearts and a birthday cake.
R’Bonney also tagged him in the post.

Her post has earned over 38,700 likes and several comments on the platform, with some expressing delight at the couple.
It’s rare for the beauty queen to post about her boyfriend, whom she was reportedly dating even before joining the Miss Universe 2022 pageant.

In a 2024 interview with TV5, R’Bonney revealed that she was in a long-distance relationship with Kevin while staying in the Philippines, her father’s home country.
“We have been long distance, our whole relationship, actually, and we make it work,” she was quoted as saying in a report.
