Others have turned to Google Search to compare the film with the original literary work or trace the relationships between its characters.
The increase in searches comes as viewers continue discussions about the film after leaving the cinema, with many seeking additional context about its mythology and source material.
The search engine giant has also introduced an interactive Easter egg tied to the film.
Users who search for “The Odyssey” may encounter a Trojan Horse animation on the results page.
Clicking the horse causes Trojan soldiers to emerge and clear the search results, referencing one of the epic’s most recognizable moments.
The company said the feature is intended as a playful nod to the classic story as online interest in “The Odyssey” continues to grow.
