Filipino celebrations have long been shaped by a bakeshop brand that has grown from a single store on Pasong Tamo into a nationwide presence over six decades.

This month, Goldilocks Bakeshop marked its 60th year by reflecting on its foundations of consumer focus, innovation, care for its people and service to communities, which it said have guided its growth through generations.

It noted that Filipino food traditions are closely tied to moments of celebration, from birthday cakes to everyday merienda favorites such as mamon and ensaymada, as well as pasalubong items and celebration trays shared during milestones and gatherings.

“For 60 years, Goldilocks has been privileged to bring joy to celebrations,” Jerson Uy, Chief Operating Officer of Goldilocks, said.

“Our milestone reflects the strong foundations behind our brand: products that people trust, quality made accessible to more families, and the dedication of our people, franchisees, and partners who serve our customers every day,” he added.

The bakeshop brand highlighted the role of its employees, bakers, store teams, franchisees and partners in sustaining its operations and presence across generations of Filipino customers.

As it moves forward, the brand said it remains committed to making celebrations more accessible and meaningful for Filipino families, continuing its role in both everyday moments and special occasions.
