According to the TikTok user, the gesture was meant to spread kindness and offer support amid rising fuel prices, showing that even small acts of generosity can make a difference.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. earlier declared a state of national energy emergency amid the conflict in the Middle East. He called it an “imminent danger” that posed threat to the Philippines’ energy supply. The conflict has since drove up fuel prices.
