“Pinoy Big Brother” host and former housemate Bianca Gonzalez shared a tribute to the iconic yellow-and-blue house along Eugenio Lopez Drive Quezon City as it closed its doors after 21 years.
On Tuesday, March 24, the TV host posted a video featuring a drone shot of the house, fondly called “Bahay ni Kuya,” from its facade to its full property.
“GOODBYE, PBB HOUSE. To the home where hundreds of lives were changed for good, we are forever grateful,” she wrote in an Instagram post, accompanied by several emojis.

Bianca’s post has garnered over 16,200 likes and comments from Instagram users, including “PBB” host Gabbi Garcia and “PBB Teen Edition Season 4” winner actress-cosplayer Myrtle Sarrosa.
Gabbi reacted with pleading-face and a loudly-crying face emojis, while Myrtle wrote: “Omg, nakakaiyak, huhu! Thank you, Kuya and PBB Team.”
A 2025 report said that Bianca described herself as an “honorary creative consultant” to the PBB team due to her initiative in suggesting ideas for tasks, execution and even camera setups.
She has been a fixture on “PBB” show, serving as one of its main hosts since 2006. Bianca also joined as a housemate on “PBB Celebrity Edition 1” and finished in third place.
Meanwhile, the PBB house along Eugenio Lopez Drive in Quezon City is set to move to a new location.
ABS-CBN reports that the lot where it currently stands has been sold, but the Kapamilya network requested an extension of its lease to accommodate two editions of “PBB Celebrity Collab” with GMA Network.
The house, which was constructed in May 2005, was originally to last only five years, according to the contractor.
Laurenti Dyogi, head of ABS-CBN’s TV Production and Star Magic, said the network has decided to relocate the iconic PBB production set and build a new house.
“For the coming season, it’s good to have a new feel naman for the new housemates. We’ve decided to move it and build a new PBB house, abangan nila kung saan ‘yung new PBB house,” he said.
