A motorcycle rider was caught on video balancing several plastic boxes on his head while riding through Taguig City.

Automotive publication VISOR on Thursday, February 5 posted a reader-submitted video which featured a young man balancing four plastic boxes on his head while riding a motor.

“Balancing act, oh,” someone inside the vehicle commented.

“Walang helmet tapos nakaganon,” another individual remarked as he laughed at his companion’s comment.

The video was credited to Joseph Mari Duya Luzuriaga.

The video has gained 436,000 views, 4,400 likes and reactions, 500 shares, and over 300 comments, with the stunt being met with some disapproval.

“Mauuna ang skill bago ang certification at lisensya,” a Facebook user commented.

“Pa-pa exhibition pa hahaha,” said another user.

“‘Pag nakabangga, ‘di ko po sinasadya, sorry,'” commented a different Pinoy.

Another report claimed that the incident happened in Bicutan, Taguig.

Apart from boxes, it said that the rider also carried a portable speaker.

The report said that according to the uploader, the rider was going around schools in the area to sell snacks or “kakanin.”

The law requires riders to wear standard protective helmets while driving.

“All motorcycle riders, including drivers and back riders, shall at all times wear standard protective motorcycle helmets while driving, whether long or short drives, in any type of road and highway,” the Motorcycle Helmet Act of 2009 states.
