A Filipino drew laughter after winning a Christmas raffle prize labeled “PC Set,” though it turned out to mean something different from what most people would expect.
A Reddit user shared on Monday, December 22, that a man won the prize from the Whiskey Billiard Hall and Superclub.
“Computer na sana, naging lugaw pa,” the Redditor said in the “r/Philippines” community.
The post included a photo showing a paper bag labeled “PC SET” alongside a pack of instant noodles.
“The raffle announced a PC set, the crowd cheered, and one man learned that PC can also mean Pancit Canton,” it said.

Karl Hipolito, who serves as Head DJ and club consultant at Whiskey Billiard Hall and Superclub, previously shared a Facebook Reel showing Jerick, a DJ at the venue, receiving a raffle prize at the club’s Christmas party.
“CONGRATS, Jerick, BRAND NEW PC SET FROM Whiskey Billiard Hall [and] Superclub,” Karl wrote on December 9.
The video showed Jerick receiving a small paper bag labeled “PC SET”, and he appeared momentarily disappointed by its size for comedic effect.
He was then encouraged to open the bag, revealing a pack of Pancit Canton instant noodles.
The reveal prompted Jerick to collapse onto the floor as his companions laughed boisterously.
The post has earned 2.2 million views, 31,000 likes and reactions, 3,900 shares, and nearly 20 comments, including one from Jerick himself.
