A customer witnessed a woman acting out of control at a fast food branch in Naic, Cavite, hitting employees and another diner.
Facebook user Blesila Padel Malindog posted a video on Saturday, November 22, showing the woman while they were waiting for their order at the Timalan branch of Jollibee in Naic, Cavite.
She said the woman suddenly lashed out at staff, adding that she could not tell whether the woman was truly disturbed or just “acting out,” noting that the woman “looked fine.”
The video showed the woman first giving a “dirty finger” gesture to the employees behind the counter and then hitting two other staff members nearby.
Another woman, wearing eyeglasses and appearing to be a diner, confronted her.
The shouting woman then hit the bespectacled diner, who responded by hitting her back.
At one point, an individual could be heard pleading for them to stop.
“I kill you!” the shouting woman exclaimed, pointing a finger at the bespectacled woman.
The shouting woman then attempted to leave the fast food chain, but several people, including employees, stopped her.
An individual in the background could be heard speculating that the woman was “from another country.”
The video also made its way to TikTok and X (formerly Twitter).
In the comments section, the uploader claimed that the woman was “saying a lot more things.”
“Natakot lang ako kasi pumunta sa likod ko, nagsasalita na kung anu-ano,” Malindog told a Facebook user.
In another comment, the uploader said they were shocked because the woman suddenly burst out and made a rude gesture.
“Nagulat nga kami kasi bigla na lang bumulosot na nag-dirty finger na siya,” Malindog wrote.
She shared more details in a separate comment in response to another online user.
“Hindi nga alam kung bakit, kasi ang ginawa niya, biglang lumapit sa cashier, tinulak niya ‘yung microphone sa counter tapos nag-sign siya ng dirty finger. Tapos ‘yun, nagwawala na siya,” Malindog wrote.
The uploader also claimed that the security guard at the fast food chain went outside to seek assistance from the police.
“Nagpunta sa prisinto ng pulis. Ang masaklap pa, harap pa ‘yan ng prinsinto. Nangyari po ‘yun kaninang umaga, mga 10 a.m. Pinuntahan ‘yung prisinto, walang pulis, naka-padlock pa ang prisinto. ‘Yun ang nakaka-dismaya,” Malindog wrote on Saturday evening.
“Kawawa ‘yung mga empleyado ng Jollibee sa ginawa ng babae na ‘yan. May binasag pa ‘yan sa counter, hindi ko lang nakuhanan kasi ang bilis ng kamay, panay dirty finger pa ‘yan, tapos sumisigaw sa loob,” she added.
In another comment, Malindog claimed that the woman broke a microphone at the counter.
As of this writing, the fast food chain has not yet released any comment or statement regarding the incident.
