Philippine bet Ahtisa Manalo took Filipinos’ breath away when she showcased her silver evening gown during the Miss Universe 2025 semifinals.
The 28-year-old beauty queen appeared to “glide” as she paraded fashion designer Val Taguba‘s creation in the prestigious pageant, as she vied for the country’s fifth Miss Universe crown.
Ahtisa’s silver beaded gown was paired with a see-through train that moved gracefully with her as she walked on stage, draping her in celestial elegance befitting a queen.
Ahtisa’s gown charmed Pinoys, who likened her to an “angel” and a “goddess.”
“Like a floating beautiful angel or a mesmerizing pure white jellyfish. WHAT A PERFECTION,” a Facebook user wrote.
“Our goddess, Ms. U! Congrats daan dai..” another commented.
“T*ena, parang lumulutang si Atih! #MissUniverse,” writer Jerry Gracio said.

“Ethereal beautyyyy,” another Pinoy wrote.
“So dreamy and she looks like an angel,” a different Facebook user said.
“You take my Breath Away kanina po,” another commented.
Comedian-host Vice Ganda also joked that Ahtisa’s gown resembled the outfit she posted on her X (formerly Twitter) account.
“Parang pareho kami ng gown ni Ahtisa sa profile pic ko dito sa X. Lolzzzzz,” she wrote.
The same photo was also posted on her Facebook page.
Meanwhile, Ahtisa finished her Miss Universe journey as a third runner-up in the 74th edition of the beauty pageant held in Thailand.
