Philippine representative Ahtisa Manalo finished as 3rd runner-up at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant held in Thailand, continuing the Philippines’ strong showing in the prestigious international competition.
Ahtisa impressed judges and fans with her poise, intelligence, and advocacy-driven platform on education and women empowerment. She advanced through the competition’s key stages, making it to the Top 30, Top 12, and Top 5 before ultimately securing the runner-up position.

Prior to Miss Universe, Ahtisa had already represented the Philippines in other international pageants, including Miss Cosmo and Miss International, where she finished as 1st runner-up and earned two special awards: Cosmo Tea Beauty Ambassador and Cosmo People’s Choice Award.
Filipino fans took to social media to celebrate her achievement, expressing pride in her performance and acknowledging her as one of the country’s most accomplished beauty queens.
Mexico’s Fatima Bosch Fernandez was hailed the 74th Miss Universe.
