
The 2026 Michelin Guide Manila and Environs & Cebu marks a historic moment as the first edition to celebrate the country’s finest dining establishments.
Helm: Two Stars on Debut
Helm, led by Chef Josh Boutwood, makes a remarkable entrance in the inaugural guide with Two Michelin Stars, the highest award in this edition. No restaurant received three stars this year.
Helm showcases Boutwood’s unique culinary identity, blending his British-Filipino roots with Spanish influences. The tasting menu offers an intimate, carefully crafted experience, where every dish highlights both technical skill and personal storytelling.
Eight restaurants awarded One Michelin Star
Eight other establishments across Manila and Environs were awarded One Michelin Star for consistently excellent cuisine. Representing a variety of styles, from modern Filipino flavors to international fusion, these restaurants stand out for their creativity, attention to detail and dedication to high-quality ingredients.
