Filipino subscribers are getting a front-row pass to one of Hollywood’s biggest red carpet events as Disney+ Philippines will livestream the world premiere of 20th Century Studios’ “The Devil Wears Prada 2” on April 21 (Philippine Time).
The high-fashion premiere will take place at Lincoln Center in New York City and will be available to Disney+ subscribers worldwide, with the livestream beginning at 5:30 a.m. A full replay will also be available after the event.
“Subscribers Score a Front-Row Seat to the Most Stylish Red Carpet of the Season,” Disney+ said in its announcement, highlighting the global access to the premiere experience.
The livestream will feature cast arrivals, red carpet fashion moments, interviews and behind-the-scenes coverage from one of the year’s most anticipated film events.
The cast and filmmakers expected to attend include Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci, Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, Caleb Hearon, Helen J. Shen, director David Frankel and screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna.
The event comes ahead of the film’s theatrical release on April 29, 2026.
“20th Century Studios’ ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’ Struts into Theaters April 29,” Disney+ noted in its release.
The sequel brings back Streep, Hathaway, Blunt and Tucci, reprising their roles two decades after the original film became a global pop culture phenomenon. It is directed by Frankel and written by McKenna.

In the lead-up to the premiere, Disney+ also encouraged fans to revisit the original film, “The Devil Wears Prada,” which is available on the streaming platform.
