Former actor-model Luke Jickain expressed gratitude after being congratulated for passing the 2025 Bar Examinations administered by the Supreme Court.
Luke, who inspired Kean Cipriano’s character Joshua Zuñiga in the 2017 drama-comedy film “Bar Boys,” took to social media to thank supporters for their encouragement.
“Bar Boys,” directed by Kip Oebanda, follows a group of friends navigating the challenges of law school and the trials along the way.
Luke also reshared Facebook posts from reports highlighting and congratulating him on his achievement.
“Thank you,” he said in the reshares with a folded hands emoji.
Luke also shared a photo of himself in a toga alongside a list of successful Bar examinees, with his name highlighted. He accompanied the post with folded hands and balance scale emojis, symbols commonly associated with justice and legal work.
In addition to Luke, other notable personalities who passed the 2025 Bar include actor Nico Antonio and content creator Dora Dorado.
The Supreme Court announced that 5,594 examinees successfully passed the exam last September, surpassing the 3,962 passers in 2024.

A total of 11,420 examinees completed the Bar, the qualifying licensure examination administered by the Supreme Court. The exam tests aspiring lawyers’ knowledge of fundamental legal principles and the basic skills required of an entry-level lawyer in the country.
It is also the only qualifying licensure examination for skilled professionals that is not conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission.
