On August 22, TikTok user Clacla (@clarissehenzel_on_ig) captured her playful dog wagging its tail excitedly while holding a red balloon in its mouth, prancing around the event floor in Catbalogan, Samar.
In the video, the pup playfully trots back and forth, clearly enjoying itself with the balloon as if it were a prized toy, spreading joy to anyone watching the adorable scene.
