(Updated March 20, 2026; 7:28 p.m.) A holiday rental property in Batangas has warned the public about a fake Facebook page impersonating the property and scamming users by posing as the legitimate account of the luxury villa.
Salud by the Lake on Tuesday, February 3, said its official page was “mistakenly reported” and subsequently suspended.
The property said a fake account impersonating Salud by the Lake, complete with a verified badge, remains active and “continues to scam people.”
It also urged the public to report the fake page for impersonation.
“Exercise caution and avoid offers and promos that seem too good to be true. Refer to our rate card for your reference,” the management said, while sharing alternative channels where interested guests may inquire.

The luxury villa also reminded the public to “remain vigilant” and to “contribute to the safety” of the community by reporting any other accounts impersonating them.
They are currently using a single Facebook page for both of their properties, Salud and Salud by the Lake, with the official page URL: fb.com/saludproperties.
Salud by the Lake is a luxury villa in Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas, featuring a private pool, multiple bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area and a Zen garden.
The property also boasts panoramic views of the pool, surrounding mountains and the lake.
Its first property in San Jose, Batangas has been rented by several celebrities, including Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia, Troy Montero and Aubrey Miles, Jason Abalos and Vickie Rushton, Heaven Peralejo, as well as influencers such as Laureen Uy.
