Food lovers can enjoy a new line of breakfast items with a well-rounded selection of flavors, bringing the taste of Spain with a Mediterranean flair. The menu features classic pancakes and waffles, flavorful European-inspired dishes, and even Filipino favorites.

Rumba, located on the  Ground Floor of Ayala Triangle Gardens, has unveiled its latest breakfast options: the Turkish Flatbread the Green Breakfast Bowl, the Swiss-style Overnight Oats and the Quiche Lorraine.

For those who crave something crunchy in the morning, the Turkish Flatbread is a good choice. It is packed with Turkish flavors and spices, with fresh romaine and a silky vegan garlic sauce.

The Green Breakfast Bowl is a healthy alternative to a rice meal, as it is made with quinoa combined with tangy citrus yogurt, fresh greens, and a poached egg.

To start the morning on a sweet note, guests can choose the Swiss-style Overnight Oats, which are complemented with crisp apples and lightly toasted nuts.

They may also enjoy the Quiche Lorraine, a flaky, buttery crust filled with velvety custard, complemented by fresh romaine and a light drizzle of olive oil for a balanced taste.

The breakfast options are available daily from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Apart from its breakfast offerings, the restaurant also plans to introduce new dishes for lunch and dinner, including pasta, pizza, and salad selections.

At Rumba, guests can also savor classic Potato Gnocchi, Butacin Amatriciana and Spaghetti Lobster. It also has fresh takes on the Deep Dish Pizza, with new offerings of Nduja and Burrata, Pesto and Pepperoni.

These are all creations helmed by Executive Sous Chef Pablo Ramirez, whose culinary expertise is rooted in his Argentinian heritage.

Rumba is operated by The Bistro Group, a restaurant chain in the country that also operates TGI Fridays and Texas Roadhouse.
