As it marks 36 years of public service, ABS-CBN Foundation is organizing a charity golf event to raise funds for its key programs supporting children, education, the environment and disaster response.
The fundraiser, titled “Swing for a Cause: A Kapamilya Golf Fundraiser,” will take place on Sept. 17, 2025, at the Canlubang Golf and Country Club in Laguna.
The event is expected to gather golf enthusiasts, industry professionals, and corporate partners in support of the foundation’s flagship initiatives: Sagip Kapamilya, Bantay Bata, Programa Genio, Bantay Kalikasan, and Galing Pamayanan.
Organizers said the event is not only a fundraising effort but also a celebration of more than three decades of continued commitment to community empowerment.
In a Facebook post, it also invited the public to join the cause.
“Get your golf clubs ready,” it wrote.
“This is your chance to swing for a cause and make a difference! Help us provide safe spaces for children, educational support for adult learners, assistance for families affected by disasters, sustainable livelihoods and environmental protection for communities,” the foundation said.

ABS-CBN Foundation was established in 1989 and has since spearheaded various socio-civic programs aimed at improving the lives of marginalized Filipinos.
