
Actor Jericho Rosales shared his excitement after meeting Hollywood actor Matt Damon at the red carpet premiere of Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” in Mumbai, India.
The Filipino actor attended the premiere on Saturday July 11, where he interacted with director Christopher Nolan, as well as actors Matt and Tom Holland.
Jericho shared photos and videos from the event, including his moment with Matt, who plays the role of Odysseus in the film.
In his Instagram caption, Rosales expressed his appreciation for Matt, who gave him an autograph.
“I died when he said that,” Jericho said, referring to his name.
“I will support this man forever. God bless you, Matt Damon! 🫶 THANK YOU. You don’t know what that means to me,” he added.
Jericho also shared his thoughts after watching “The Odyssey,” saying that audiences will “feel like you’re part of the adventure. You’re part of the journey home.”

The actor added that he is excited to watch the film again with his friends and family in IMAX.
“The Odyssey” will be the only film shown in IMAX for the first three weeks of its Philippine release beginning July 15.
“The Odyssey” tells the mythical tale of Odysseus’ journey home to Ithaca after his successful gambit in the Trojan War. Back home, his wife Penelope fends off predatory suitors, while their son Telemachus waits for news of Odysseus’ return.
The film arrives in Philippine cinemas on July 15.
