TikTok personality Andrea Brown denied claims that she is pregnant with actor Enrique Gil, whom she considers her “brother.”
The internet personality has been linked to the actor since late last year, when photos and videos of them together circulated on social media.
The Philippine Entertainment Portal also reported that Enrique “has liked every post she has uploaded, reinforcing suspicions of a deeper connection.”
Sightings of the two shopping together in January were shared on TikTok and Reddit.
PEP reported that Andrea is a TikTok personality who has appeared in the music video for “Pusong Malamig” and in campaigns for Real Jokes Clothing, a streetwear brand.
Her age has also been a point of contention among online users amid rumors linking her to Enrique, who is 33, with some questioning whether she is 17 or 18.
Ogie Diaz, who used to be the talent manager of Enrique’s ex girlfriend, Liza Soberano, said he reached out to Andrea to ask about her relationship with the actor, including pregnancy rumors.
“Sabi sa’kin ni Andrea, hindi raw totoo ‘yun, ‘yung siya ay nabuntis at nagpa-sunshine. Hindi rin raw totoo na sila ni Quen. Kuya Quen daw ang tawag niya kay Quen,” Ogie said, reading from his exchange of messages with Andrea.
“Hindi rin raw totoo na sila’y nagli-live in. Nahihiya raw siya kay Quen, kasi kuya-kuyahan niya nga raw si Quen,” he added.
“Sabi nga ni Andrea, ‘I honestly want to speak up about it pero I don’t want to put more attention on the issue. Super nadadamay na din po kasi ‘yung personal life ko sa rumors. Kahit sabihin ko po sa sarili ko na as long as alam ko ‘yung totoo, of course, naaapektuhan din po ‘yung career ni Kuya Quen,” Ogie continued.
“And nakakahiya po super sa kanya, kasi nga hindi naman po kami super close. Sabi ko nga sa kanya, ‘Nagli-live in na ba kayo ni Quen? Totoo ba?’ Sabi niya, ‘Hindi rin po. Hindi rin naman po kami together, wala pong reason na pumunta ako sa kanila.’ Sa bahay talaga nila,” he added.
“‘Pero naging kayo ba ni Quen or for fun lang?’ ‘No po talaga tito, friends lang po. Haha,'” Ogie continued.
Ogie referenced an online post that shared a blind item about an actor “living with his girlfriend and he’s the one who asked her to move in with him in ___Homes.”
“And that’s not the worst part… she got pregnant. They had it aborted because she wasn’t ready,” the post reads.
Ogie said he had also heard similar speculation.
He added that, according to his source, Quen’s mother does not approve of Andrea for her son.
“At sabi ng source ko ay hindi raw gusto ng nanay ni Quen si Andrea,” Ogie said.
“Ang alam ko, hindi gusto ni Tita Bambi (mom ni Quen) si Andrea. Mas type ni Tita Bambi si Liza (Soberano) kaysa kay Andrea, pati mga kaanak ay ayaw, pero sabi naman ni Andrea, ay wala raw silang relasyon ni Quen,” he added.
