MANILA — The Philippine government posted a P313.2 billion ($5.36 billion) budget deficit PHBUD=ECI in December, the Bureau of the Treasury said Tuesday.
It brought the budget deficit for 2025 to 1.58 trillion, 4.7% higher than the previous year’s 1.51 trillion pesos gap.
