MANILA — The Philippine government posted a budget surplus of P11.2 billion ($190.38 million) PHBUD=ECI in October, the Bureau of the Treasury said on Wednesday.
It brought the year-to-date budget deficit to P1.11 trillion, up 15% versus the P963.9 billion shortfall a year ago.
