MANILA — Philippine inflation was likely within the 0.5% to 1.3% range in July, the country’s central bank said on Thursday.
“Going forward, the BSP will continue to monitor developments affecting the outlook for inflation and growth in line with its data-dependent approach to monetary policy decision-making,” the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas said in a statement.
The Philippines’ statistics agency will release inflation data on Tuesday, August 5.
