A video of trucks pushing back against a counterflowing L300 caught local online community’s attention.
Automative publication VISOR on Thursday, May 28, posted a video from its community featuring an L300 going against the normal flow of traffic.
However, it was forced to drive in reverse after large trucks kept moving toward it.
“Stay in your lane,” VISOR captioned its post.
No other details were provided about when and where the incident took place.
The post has so far garnered 164,000 views, 3,800 likes and reactions and over 120 comments.
“Hanggang balik garahe ang atras, hehe,” a Facebook user wrote, referring to the L300 being forced to reverse after the trucks refused to give way to the counterflowing vehicle.
“Bagay na bagay ang kanta, haha,” another commented.
“Sarap paulit-ulitin ang video, deserve niya mag back-out,” a Facebook user wrote, adding a grinning emoji.
Counterflowing refers to the act of driving against the designated direction of traffic in a lane.
In the Philippines, first-time offenders face a P2,000 fine and a three-month license suspension.
Only emergency vehicles are allowed to counterflow.
