A viral Facebook post featuring a staircase with a typographical error of a Filipino greeting caught the attention of Pinoy online users.

Facebook user Leo Bautista on April 21 posted a photo of a staircase featuring the word, “Kumasta” instead of “Kumusta,” which translates to “How are you?”

“Kumasta na kayong lahat?” he wrote on a Facebook group, garnering over 14,000 laugh reactions from other Filipinos.

“Bastos!” another commented with laughing emojis.

The photo also made its way to Threads, where it earned 5,500 likes and over 220 comments from users.

“Ambastos naman po,” a Threads user commented.

“You only had one job, tapos malaswa pa. Hahahaha,” another wrote with a loudly crying emoji.

“Sinong may kasalanan nito?” a different Pinoy asked with a laughing emoji.

“Kumasta” is a slang term referring to “sexual intercourse.”

Reports said the staircase was spotted in Parramatta Public School in Sydney, Australia.

According to the Straits Times, the typographical error has already been corrected.

“It was removed as soon as the error was noticed. It will be replaced with the correct word, and the school apologizes to anyone who has been offended,” Ben Worsley, Parramatta’s principal media officer, was quoted as saying.
