In a heartwarming moment, a mother dog was seen nursing a stray kitten that she adopted as one of her own.
Pet owner Kim Adams Jamilo spotted his brown dog resting on a wooden sofa while the white kitten nursed from her in Manila.
Footage shows the canine sleeping on the chair, with the kitten gently pawing her belly while suckling on January 11.
“I never expected to see a dog allow a kitten to nurse. We have a small dog who recently gave birth to two puppies and is still lactating,” Jamilo said.
“Around the same time, we adopted a kitten. Watching this unexpected interaction was fascinating and heartwarming. It is a beautiful moment of care,” she added.
