A scuffle broke out among fans outside a K-pop concert in the Philippines.

Footage shows a group of youngsters pushing and shoving each other near the venue hosting Blackpink’s Deadline World Tour in Manila on Sunday, November 23.

One lad was seen grabbing another by the collar before both fell to the ground with their friends.

Concert-goers waiting for the show were stunned by the sudden disruption, which was swiftly brought under control by security personnel patrolling the area.

Onlooker Carl Daguinotas said: “We were just hanging around looking for freebies when we noticed the commotion, so I started recording. Some suggested a pickpocket was involved, while others believed a ticket scalper had been confronted by the guards.”

Blackpink is the first K-pop girl group to perform at Coachella in 2019. They are also among the highest-charting female K-pop acts on the Billboard Hot 100.

The Deadline World Tour is the band’s latest global concert series, promoting their recent releases and attracting large audiences across Asia, Europe, and the US.
