A toddler accidentally kicked her father’s surprise birthday cake.
Two-year-old Thalia Elise Alisoso was fast asleep when her mother, Hyacinth, entered the bedroom at midnight to surprise her husband, Junry, 31, with a mango-flavoured cake and flowers.
Footage shows the family singing happily to Junry so he could blow his candles in Cebu.
But the bright light and noise woke Thalia, who was still half-asleep and instinctively raised her foot causing her to accidentally shove the dessert.
Junry’s niece Betty May said: “He rarely celebrates his birthday at home, so we wanted to surprise him because he is a seaman and usually away for work.”
The cake flopped onto the bedsheet as the parents looked on in shock.
Thalia, still half-asleep, remained dozed off while her parents quietly cleaned up the unexpected mess.
