MANILA — Foreign Minister Ma. Theresa Lazaro said on Thursday that ASEAN member states had not reached a consensus on whether to endorse the results of a controversial election in Myanmar.
Speaking after a meeting of ASEAN foreign ministers, she said the bloc affirmed its commitment to implementing the “five-point consensus” to address the Myanmar crisis.
