This time, award-winning writer, book designer, and Philippine cuisine champion Guillermo “Ige” Ramos takes participants on a writing journey dedicated to food and travel.

The series, aptly called “The Write Mind: Have Pen, Will Travel,” is a food and writing workshop on November 11 (Saturday), 1 to 5 p.m. at the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel in Mandaluyong City.

Ige Ramos is a writer, former editor-in-chief of Rustan’s magalogue called “SansRival”, a world-traveler and an award-winning book designer. In 2012, Ramos won first place at the prestigious Doreen Gamboa Fernandez Food Writing  Award.

Ramos will share his writing experiences and best practices, as well as tackle effective writing tips and let participants write their own articles for evaluation and comments.
