A six-course Italian-inspired wine pairing menu will be offered for one night only on June 4, featuring curated dishes and wine selections designed as a structured dining experience.
The tasting experience, titled Serata Italiana (An Italian Evening), will be available at Morton’s The Steakhouse and is designed as a themed dinner pairing where each course is matched with a specific wine.
The menu begins with oysters served with caviar and lemon, paired with Borgo San Leo Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie IGT.
This is followed by prosciutto, burrata, arugula, and balsamic paired with Dolce & Gabbana Rosé Sicilia DOC Rosato Donnafugata, and lobster with truffle and basil paired with La Fuga Contessa Entellina Sicilia Donnafugata.
The fourth course features lamb with spinach, Marsala, and mint paired with Masi Bonacosta Valpolicella Classico DOC, while the fifth course serves beef with potato, carrot, and au poivre sauce paired with Castello di Monsanto Chianti Classico DOCG.
The experience concludes with a dessert course of chocolate, cream, and strawberry paired with Ben Ryé Passito di Pantelleria DOC.
The six-course menu will be available at Morton’s, a fine dining restaurant located at the Uptown East Gate Building in Taguig City.
