Before his 5th trip to China for bilateral talks, President Duterte said he will bring up the arbitral ruling on the South China Sea dispute to Chinese President Xi Jinping, and he did just that.
Duterte has been visiting the country annually but it seems that not much has changed as more issues continue to arise and as China keeps on building their infrastructures in the disputed waters.
