Upcoming music showcase and conference event “All of the Noise 2026″ does not just aim to make noise this weekend, but to make sure that noise “carries,” one of the co-presenters said.

The Rest Is Noise PH co-founder and creative director MC Galang emphasized that “All of the Noise” is not meant to be “just” a music festival or entertainment event, but a meeting point for communities to move music culture forward.

“Yes, there are performances, but there is also context. There is dialogue. There is documentation. There is exchange. There is room for artists, audiences, and the industry people to actually meet each other in a more meaningful way and engage with each other,” she said in a press conference on Tuesday, April 14.

The three-day Manila-based music showcase and conference event, featuring almost 30 emerging and established artists, will spotlight multi-format music programming focusing on community building, cross-cultural collaboration and visibility.

Empowering independent artists, labels

Actor and Symphonic Distribution music executive Guji Lorenzana shared that he was “very happy” to be part of the global community event that empowers independent artists and labels..

“We’re also here to meet like-minded people and help the industry be better every single day by education, by educating artists,” he said.

Amid discussions on artificial intelligence in music, Galang said they do not have “enough structure” for now to hold a dedicated AI panel at the event, stressing the need to ensure that audiences would meaningfully learn from such discussions if they are introduced in the future.

With ongoing talks about AI’s impact on the music industry, Galang also highlighted that the “beautiful part” of live music is being in one space where artists can share their stories through their performances, especially with a lineup composed largely of emerging acts.

She added that Filipino artists and the local music scene are not lacking in talent or ideas but face issues in continuity, infrastructure, access and long-term support beyond a single campaign cycle.

This, she said, is a key part of what All of the Noise and The Rest Is Noise PH aim to address.
