A TikTok user shared a video of a surprising encounter in his room in Manila.
In the now-viral clip uploaded by TikTok user @shinjibatulan on July 29, he noticed something moving behind his room wallpaper and starts poking a hole, thinking something was trapped. After tearing the wallpaper further, a cricket is revealed crawling inside before it falls to the floor.
The bizarre and unexpected moment caught on video quickly drew attention online, with online users both amused and unsettled by the idea of bugs hiding in plain sight.
