A shocking moment unfolded at the home of a Manila resident when a bunk bed collapsed, causing a youngster to land on his older brother.
Neil Sullivan was resting on the bottom bunk when his two brothers fell onto him in Manila.
A creaking noise can be heard in the bedroom before the upper bed gives in onto the unsuspecting boy.
CCTV footage shows the mattress foam and damaged thin wooden planks dropping onto Neil, with the visibly shocked boys on top, on August 12.
They immediately stood up and lifted the cushioning foam while Neil extended his arm to remove the debris.
Confused by what had happened, he then sat upright while his brothers carefully stepped out of the bed.
Neil said he sustained scratches on his arms and hands from the furniture fail.
He shared the CCTV footage on Facebook, earning viral status.
It has so far garnered 17 million views, 71,000 shares and 918 comments.
“Muntikan na maging kwento WAHAHAHAHAHAH PS: KAPATID KO PO YUNG SA TAAS,” Neil captioned his post.
“Oh ayan magkaibang angle na HAHAHAHA buti nalang talaga nag bukas ako ng shop, kung hindi isa din ako sa nakahiga sa ilalim at napipi,” Leomar wrote.
Leomar, meanwhile, joked that he’s no longer keen on being a bed spacer, saying, “No to bed spacer na siguro, hahaha.”
