Philippines’ Beatrice Luigi Gomez explains tattoo’s significance at Miss Universe Top 16

Cebuana beauty Beatrice Luigi Gomez finally entered Miss Universe 2021’s Top 16.

During which, she was asked about the meaning of the tattoo on her sleeves.

“It means rebirth and new beginning,” she told pageant host Steve Harvey.

Gomez furthered that is is Cherry blossom which also symbolizes her womanhood.

“I got it on my 23rd birthday,” she said.

Before Gomez entered the semi-final round, several keywords cheering her land on the top 20 trending topics on Twitter Philippines.

These are Go bea, Laban Bea, Laban Pilipinas and Goodluck Bea.

Aside from Gomez, the following countries made it to the Top 16 of the 70th edition of the pageant in no particular order:
