The sister of Miss Grand Philippines 2023 bet Catherine Camilon shared her reaction after authorities have finally identified the police officer involved in the disappearance of the beauty queen aspirant.
Chin-Chin Camilon on Monday, November 13 posted a clip of a television report identifying Police Major Allan de Castro designated in the Police Regional Office IV-A as the cop tagged as a person of interest in Catherine’s disappearance.
“Eto na pinangalanan na, sa sunod, ikaw na ‘yung hindi matatahimik,” she wrote on Facebook with a smiling emoji.
Chin-Chin also shared a picture of a handwritten letter on her Facebook Story which featured the words “Dear Lord” and “Amen.”
Huge teardrop stains are found in the middle of the paper, where the body of the letter is supposed to be.

Reports said the police have already filed complaints of kidnapping and serious illegal detention against De Castro, his driver and bodyguard Jeffrey Magpantay and two John Does in relation to the case.
“John Doe” is a placeholder name used when a person’s true name is unknown or if it is intentionally not revealed.
PNP spokesperson Police Colonel Jean Fajardo said that authorities found possible blood samples and hair strands from a recovered SUV that has been linked to Catherine’s disappearance.
Witnesses previously said they saw a bloodied Catherine being transferred to a vehicle on the night of October 12.
Meanwhile, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) IV-A chief Police Colonel Jacinto Malinao Jr. said that according to Chin-Chin’s statement, De Castro allegedly hurt Catherine because she told his wife he had an affair.
“Sa statement ng kapatid ni Cath na si Chin, nasabi sa kaniya na nasaktan minsan, nasaktan ni Major si Cath physically dahil sa kalasingan at nagsabi daw si Cath sa misis ni Major na meron itong babae,” he said to GMA News Online.
The CIDG said there was information Catherine was planning to break up with the cop, adding it might be the reason why the two supposedly met on the day of her disappearance.
De Castro, however, claimed he was at the Batangas Police Provincial Office on the night she went missing.
Investigators are now looking at a love angle as a possible motive for the crime.
It was previously reported that the cop tagged as a person of interest in Catherine’s case was supposedly involved in a romantic relationship with her.

CIDG director Police Major Gen. Romeo Caramat Jr. said that it was alleged the relationship was an “open secret.”
Malinao said they are realistically expecting the worst regarding Catherine’s condition since she has been missing since last month.
“Considering po na October 12 po iyong last date na nakita siyang buhay, we are still hoping for the best, and realistically speaking, we are expecting for the worst,” he said in a November 14 report.
