Marcos says external threat becoming ‘complex’ and ‘unpredictable’

Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr told his army on Wednesday to be vigilant as he said that the external threat to his country’s security was becoming more “complex” and “unpredictable.”

Marcos was addressing troops during the army’s 126th founding anniversary.
