Bluewater Resorts, a collection of Filipino-owned resorts located in Maribago, Panglao, and Sumilon welcomed the holiday season with “Pasko sa Bluewater 2017,” a resort-wide parol lighting festival and with a series of Christmas benefit dinners featuring Dedet de la Fuente and her famous stuffed lechons.

Fondly called the Lechon Diva by a growing legion of followers both here and abroad, Dela Fuente aims to make the lechon both a national and global sensation.

Bluewater Resorts featured the distinct culinary creations of the Lechon Diva, which included her famous stuffed lechon and other signature dishes like Hiplog and Crabs Gulong Gulong starting with Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort on November 18. Dela Fuente wowed the Cebuanos with her own take of the Cebu-style lechon together with her signature truffled rice stuffed lechon.

A few days later, on November 25, the Lechon Diva flew to Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort in Bohol before returning to Cebu to cook at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort on December 2, which was also the island resort’s 12th year anniversary.
