From hot espresso to Beef Tapa Bowls and unlimited mimosas, a new brunch spot in Pasay City is serving up comfort food favorites with a modern twist.

Brunch Bureau’s S Maison, Mall of Asia Complex branch showcases fresh takes on classic Filipino flavors.

Filipino paboritos

Executive chef RJ Ungco said that they aim to promote Filipino dishes and introduce meal platters designed for family and group sharing in this new branch.

“We’re really pushing on the Filipino Paboritos and the platters,” he said.

Ungco added that they aimed to highlight the “brunch movement,” giving customers the freedom to enjoy their comfort food whenever they like.

“At the time you want it,” he said.

The brunch spot also put a twist on local classics, offering both individual servings and larger plates.

One highlight is the Corned Beef Brisket Sinigang, featuring fresh corned beef brisket in a coconut-tamarind sauce with tomatoes, eggplant, and French beans.

Guests can also try the Crispy Pork Sisig, while the Golden Squash Kare-Kare, with deep-fried pork belly, is served alongside bagoong rice.

For diners craving something savory, the brunch spot also serves a Beef Tapa Bowl.

The brunch spot also features dishes inspired by international cuisines, including best-selling choices like Korean Chicken Chop, Classic Trio and Loco Moco.

The menu also includes Haciendero Chicken, a Negros-style chicken inasal served with red pepper aioli, pico de gallo, and lemon parsley rice.

Endless mimosa

For patrons who enjoy casual drinks, the restaurant offers Endless Mimosas in flavors like Classic, Lychee, Strawberry, Peach, and Yuzu Ichigo.

For those skipping alcohol, there’s plenty to enjoy—from specialty coffee brewed with beans by Australia’s third-wave roaster Seven Seeds to premium matcha, curated teas, and other refreshing drinks. Groups can also join Trivia Nights, held occasionally in partnership with Trivia Down Tuesdays.

The S Maison branch in Pasay is currently the restaurant’s largest, with seating for about 90 diners. It also has two function rooms, each accommodating up to 25 people.

Some seatings are arranged in an amphitheater style.

The new branch, which operates from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., is also the first one to offer family or group sharing meals.

Brunch Bureau, which operates under Gemini Food Corp., has three other branches in Molito, Alabang, Legazpi Village, Makati City and in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
