If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hand-poured coffee, Quezon City has one.
Brewing since May 2020, Daily by Bo’s Coffee, the younger sibling of the well-loved coffee brand, Bo’s Coffee, aims to provide young professionals and college students with the same quality coffee that won’t break the bank. The coffee menu offers nothing above P150.
It just marked its fourth anniversary with the opening of its new flagship store in Matalino Street, Quezon City.
“We started with 10 cloud stores in 2020, all of which operated at Bo’s Coffee locations to serve grab-and-go coffee. By 2021, we already had 40 cloud stores across Metro Manila and Cebu,” said Rachel Fallarme, SVP-Chief Operating Officer.
Daily also operated online through its official Facebook page and delivery apps, making it readily available for those who relied on the digital space for everything in this fast-paced life.
When the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions started easing up in 2022, the coffee brand opened physical stores in San Juan, SM South Mall and in several commercial and business districts around the metro and in Cebu.
The coffee shop serves an exclusive blend that has a nutty and smokey profile, with just the right amount of caramelization for sweetness and that medium dark roast that hits the spot.
Don’t be fooled by its affordable prices, however. While nothing is priced above P150 in Daily’s coffee menu, its hand-poured coffee packs a punch with the robust and bold flavor profile from its unique coffee preparation.
“Apart from the intricate hand-pour process, the coffee beans, its bold taste that comes out from the coffee preparation, is what sets us apart from the competition,” explained Jason Carl Vasquez, Daily’s coffee master.
“It provides you with the energy boost you need to fuel up your daily hustle,” he added.
One of the coffee-brand’s best-selling beverages is Kapesada, a delicious blend of coffee and condensed milk. There are also options for non-coffee drinkers like chocolate, strawberry, and matcha shake, iced matcha, pink lychee iced tea, and iced tropical pineapple.
It also serves several snacks that pair best with its drinks like mini-pizzas, sandwiches, and bagels as well as pastries such as brownies and bars for those with a sweet-tooth.
Daily said it uses a blend of high-quality Robusta and Arabica beans, sourced both locally and internationally.
The coffee brand has 13 branches so far with locations that can be viewed here. Its flagship store in Matalino Street, QC is open from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.
