A new Chinese resto-bar is soon to open in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City this April.
Red Lotus, touted as the “younger sister” to Modern Shang, is Bistro Group’s first modern chic resto-bar.
It offers classic Chinese food with a modern twist. These included dishes such as beef mongolian, century egg tofu, tung-bor peachy glazed pork, roast duck and their signature xiao long bao.
For its bar station, it is stock with an extensive selection of creatively crafted boozy cocktails and mocktails such as Sichuan sour, dragon’s potion, pineapple mint fizz, coco and basil.
The resto-bar with Instagrammable dramatic black, rich red hues and touch of gold minimalist design can house 123 guests. It caters to guests who wish to drink, eat at an intimate and sophisticated setting while enjoying music curated to complement the atmosphere.
Red Lotus will open its doors at the 3rd Level, One Bonifacio High Street, 28th St. corner 5th Ave., BGC, Taguig City.
It joins the growing Asian concepts of Bistro Group including Watami, Modern Shang, Bulgogi Brothers and Fish & Co. —Rosette Adel
