Prime Video Philippines released a video teaser for “Drag Den Philippines” featuring Manila Luzon on November 16, Wednesday on its social media channels.
Manila Luzon is a Filipino drag queen who finished as a runner-up in the third season of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” a popular American drag race competition.
“Ah so… death drop kung death drop? Category is Nanlalavan Extravaganza Eleganza,” Prime Video Philippines tweeted.
Hashtags #DragdagulanNa and #DragDenPH also accompanied the tweet.

The teaser introduced the silhouette of Manila Luzon who was sitting on a throne-like chair with horns.
Manila seemed to be in a makeshift lair with a moving wrecking ball in front of her.
A phone then rang, and she answered it with: “This is the drag lord speaking. I just wanted to inform you that after years and years and years of searching, I finally found it.”
She then let out an evil laugh after the call.
Finally, the official logo of “Drag Den with Manila Luzon” was presented to the viewers.
Prior to this, on November 15, Tuesday, Prime Video Philippines posted a cryptic photo of three different hair wigs.
It then wrote the hashtag #DardagulanNa in the caption with a wink emoji.

The cover photo was also changed.
“The Den finally opens December 2022,” the text on cover photo read.
As of writing, no other details were released about the cast members.
Reports said the cast members will be announced on Thursday, November 17.
Since the project was first announced way back in 2021, several Filipinos expressed excitement for the drag reality show.
It was supposed to be the first-ever drag reality show in the country but “Drag Race Philippines,” under the franchise of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” preceded it and was launched in August this year.
The first season of “Drag Race Philippines” concluded last October 12 with Precious Paula Nicole crowned as the first Drag Race Superstar.
